We have gone through a few IT teams. It might not seem so crucial to have a fabulous team until it's 9AM, you have a packed schedule, and suddenly your internet isn't working. We highly recommend having two internet providers with an automatic rollover function in case one bites the dust. We also gave up on traditional landlines a while ago. There are so many advantages to digital phones including being able to have a virtual assistant and being able to forward and unforward your phones without having to physically be in the office (read: in the middle of a pandemic).
